Microblading is a technique that involves filling in your eyebrows with a medical grade semi-permanent to creating fine, realistic and natural hair strokes. Similar to getting a tattoo, this treatment uses tiny needles that make up a small blade to deposit the pigment on the epidermis layer of skin. This is not permanent, the hair strokes are far more natural and finer than any tattoo can lasts 1~2 years. Consultation – Designing the eyebrow I will take a look at your natural eyebrow shape and ask your desired eyebrow shape, then start drawing an eyebrow shape using golden ratio caliper and pencil until satisfaction and perfecting fits your face shape. You can wear your brows made up how you normally have them, so I can see what you like. 2. Numbing – this takes 40mins using a topical ointment. Now you can take rest for 40mins during the numbing time, we agree to the chosen pigment based on skin type and the natural color of existing natural hair, so that avoid unwanted color transformation in the healed result. 3, Drawing the hair-stroke We start drawing the hair strokes using a 15 slope blade with a little pigment on the tip of the blade from the beginning to end of the brow, imitating natural growing of the hair strokes. It’s normal to feeling minor pressure and discomfort during the procedure, Some level of pain might be expected and you might feel a slight residual stinging afterward. AFTER CARE • Keep eyebrow area dry for 2~3 days, avoid cleanser for one week • Apply healing ointment for 3 days using a Q tip , twice a day. • DON’T scratch eyebrows as the itching is normal in first week • Healing period up to 14 days, the colour will soften and lighten and fade out 20~40% depend on the skin absorb • Some unevenness of colour is to be expected, a touch up session needed after one month Contraindication: People that are pregnant, prone to Keloids, blood clotting problem or have had an organ transplant should avoid microblading.
